Tea For Shiny Hair

I always knew that tea can be used for facial skin (drinking tea and using the tea bags directly on acne) and eye (putting tea bags on eyes to prevent swelling) care, but it is only now that I found out tea is also a cheap and easy way to get soft, smooth and shiny hair. I’m all for trying natural ways to make my hair healthier and shinier, and I bet you do too. So why don’t you and I try this east peasy hair conditioning treatment using tea:

  1. Brew tea (recommended by most is 2 tea bags for short hair and four for long ones) like you normally would if you were drinking it.
  2. Let it cool to a tolerable level. While waiting, shampoo and condition your hair so it’s nice and clean.
  3. Pour the cooled tea over your hair.
  4. Rinse out after 15 minutes.

I’m betting it wouldn’t magically make your hair super soft and shiny after one use, but a lot of people on beauty forums have confessed on its effectiveness after continuous use.

Let me know if it worked for you!
