On Dieting
As I grow older, my metabolism is not as hyper as it used to be, so I cannot eat like a pig anymore (well, sometimes I still do) and expect to get away with it. I’m not a huge fan of taking pills as a solution to losing weight, because I believe it can be done the natural way.
Many are claiming success in losing weight by using diet pills of different brands. It can be really overwhelming to know that a bottle of weight lose pills can take those fats away in just a week or two. Me thinks the faster it claims to work, the more you need to stay away from it.
It doesn’t take a nutrition degree online to know what common sense will tell you. But continue to educate yourself (See GuidetoOnlineSchools.com for a variety of classes); the more you know, the bigger–or smaller!—the pay-off.
My sister Ayie tried an unknown weight loss product when she was in college. It was effective but caused her difficulty in breathing. She only ate vegetables and fruits at that time, no meat and carbohydrates. She stopped using it when she reached her desired size because the side effect was making her uncomfortable. Which is good because she learned that losing weight naturally is still the healthiest way to go.

I agree. I don’t believe in diet pills either. But it doesn’t stop me from looking for easy ways to lose weight.
