Now here’s another burgeoning love. I’ve been a slippers kind of girl since three years back when I started working from home, just because it’s the fastest and most comfortable to wear for me. I rarely wear shoes, and when I do, I never, and I mean never wear heels. Always flats for me. Besides not needing the extra height boost (I’m a couple of inches taller than Paulie, so), I can almost hear my feet complain (much to my chagrin) when presented with the daunting possibility of heels.

So obviously when (if) I buy new shoes, it would have to be flats. I recently discovered my love for peep toe but haven’t bought any yet due to the same two reasons holding me back from buying stuff for me: I’m a cheapskate and I’m a mom. I cried when I saw this gorgeous, gorgeous Vera Wang Lavender Label Lanza Open Toe Bracelet Flats, especially when I saw the price ($206.50 at already 30% off at ShopBop). But can you really blame me for lusting after this beauty? I mean I would buy it without a second thought if it was just $50, but what can you expect from a Vera Wang item? *sigh*

So I guess it’s off to dreamland so I can own this pair of treasure. Life eh?
