Seven Pounds
This movie has been sitting on my hard drive for a month now but it was only last night that me and Paulie were able to see it. I did not read a summary so I had no idea what to expect. The first few minutes were very confusing, but of course if it’s a Will Smith and Rosario Dawson movie, it must be good, so we stuck with it until we were finally able to understand what the heck the movie was about. Dawson was, as usual, very pretty and convincing in her character. I’ve always liked Will Smith in serious roles, and was expecting him to be awesome in Seven Pounds.

I used to work in a brochure printing (and all sorts of printing, really) company and was delighted when the film featured a Heidelberg machine (and an antique one at that. How cool can that be?). I haven’t seen a Heidelberg in four years, and those machines always make me wide-eyed. Especially on the scene where Rosario turned on what she thought was still a broken Heidelberg. Man her face was priceless. I recommend this movie to all, and I would not tell you how it resembles that sad Japanese song we saw on Youtube a few months back which made Paulie cry. Well, okay, maybe I just did. I can’t remember the title of that song. I’d have to ask Paulie for that.
