Contacts Or Glasses?

I still have my 20/20 vision (or something close to it, at least), but being in front of the computer for long hours most days because of my work, I am already prepared for wearing vision aids. But I haven’t decided yet if I should go for contacts or glasses. I am currently weighing the pros and cons of both, and in my search of what’s a better option, I found these advantages for each aid:

  • Contacts will be less obstructive to my view.
  • I wouldn’t have to worry about glare or reflection
  • The lenses do not require a frame.
  • My vision won’t become fogged or blurred with contacts.
  • I can wear them without worrying if it clashes or not with what I’m wearing.

On the other hand, glasses have these advantages:

  • There are so many styles to choose from.
  • Given the right type of glasses, it can complement or enhance my facial features.
  • Glasses are low maintenance.
  • They are comparatively more affordable.

Hmm.. How about you? What do you prefer?
