CC: I Will Do It Tomorrow
How familiar a line. This week’s CC topic is something I hear this almost everyday. LOL. Yep, Paulie is the king of slack. He’s always “I’ll do that tomorrow, I promise”, and then he forgets it. I tend to forget stuff more than he does, so what I asked him to do and he failed to do it, I would not remember until a few days later. I would remind him again, and sometimes he still fails to do it the second time around.
But hey, I don’t nag so much about that kind of stuff anymore. It’s one of my mistakes during the early days of our relationship. I’ve learned that if there’s one trait of mine that he cannot stand, it’s my a nagger. So I try my best not to nag. Or do it in a way that will make him think I am not nagging him (spell seduce. LOL). But come to think of it, it’s not just Paulie. This is a house where slacking is a way of life. LOL. What can I say? We’re easy-going people and we hate deadlines and pressure. We are what we are, and we’re okay with it. And I guess at the end of the day, that’s all that matters.

i usually utter those lines too, sometimes.. kasi nga i feel like i can do some things tomorrow pa, coz i dont have the enrgy to do it today, hehehe..

Teka, parang entry ko ang nabasa ko ah. Hehehe! Slacking is the way here in our house too. Bakit magpapaka stress di ba? bayaan ang mga nakabinbin na work, kasi kugn mag nag nakaka kunot lang nga balat, eh sino ba ang papangit eh di tayo din. si Roodney, hari ng ” I will do it tomorrow” kaya pati ako nahawa na tuloy..
