Eating Pretty

Posted on 05. Mar, 2010 by in eating pretty, let's talk health

Do you have to spend tons of your hard-earned money buying pills or going to the beauty clinic for a makeover just to look your best? Of course you don’t! They say that you are what you eat. Well I’m not about to dispute that here. It is true that you can eat your way to a younger-looking skin. Sounds good to you? Well, be glad in the knowledge that there are certain food you can eat that can really make your skin glow extra radiantly. Want to know which to include in your daily menu? Here’s a short list of what you should eat more of if you want to see the vibrant effect on your skin:

Berries – for their antioxidant capacity

Green Tea – for its anti-inflammatory characteristics

Chicken liver – rich in Vitamin A (skin repair stimulant)

Avocado – helps prevent dry skin

Mango – helps repair skin cells to avoid flaky skin

Lots and lots of water – to hydrate the skin

There are a lot of other food that should be on this list, but the above should get you started already on your way to a healthier and younger-looking skin that deserves a second look! What better way to look more radiant than this? It sure beats forking out thousands of dollars for treatments.
